Cancellation & No Show Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, but must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment fee.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule and no show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total appointment fee.
Payment for Services
Payments accepted: all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna

Payments may be made online at any point before a scheduled appointment; if payment is not made prior to the service, payment must be made in person at the end of a scheduled appointment.
