Cancellation & No Show Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, but must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. 

  • If you cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the total appointment fee.

  • If you fail to cancel or reschedule and no show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the total appointment fee.

Payment for Services

Payments accepted: all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna

Payments may be made online at any point before a scheduled appointment; if payment is not made prior to the service, payment must be made in person at the end of a scheduled appointment.
